Email Notifications: Not being sent to distribution lists

    Hello,

    We have 2 email distribution lists that are set to receive email notifications.  Starting on Saturday 6/25, they now fail to be sent.  I've contact our IT department, and they've added the servers and IP lists to the whitelist.  The emails are still not going through.  I've test separate email addresses, and they work, but not the distribution lists.  Please help! Thank you!!

    I checked your email notifications and confirmed you have the following email addresses as recipients for your submissions - kgourgoulis@goldenmalted.com hr@goldenmalted.com and fleet@goldenmalted.com 

    kgourgoulis@goldenmalted.com is OK and is not on our Bounce List however,

    hr@goldenmalted.com is in the Bounce List when I checked.

    fleet@goldenmalted.com is in the Bounce List too.

    Result: 

    hr@goldenmalted.com is IN Remove the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.7.606 Access denied, banned sending IP

    Result: 

    fleet@goldenmalted.com is IN Remove the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.7.606 Access denied, banned sending IP

    I have now removed these 2 emails from the Bounce List, but for future reference, you may also check and remove if the email in question is in the bounce list or not by following this guide on how to remove your email address from the bounce list.

    And since you're done whitelisting JotMail's IP Addresses, I recommend you also refer to our guide on how to setup email alerts to prevent email bouncing related issues.

    In case we're mistaken, please give us the actual email addresses of the 2 distro lists in question so we can check them.
