    Yes, you can have that kind of function in your form. You need to set up an email notification so that you will receive an email once a new submission comes in. Please refer to this guide: Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

    If you are talking about a confirmation email that will be sent to the user who fills the form, then you need create an autoresponder email. Here's a guide: Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder
