Hi Jotform Support Team,
We really enjoy using Jotform. But recently we are not getting emails for submissions. This has been happening lately for Quiz form and normal forms as well.We had a few misunderstandings and chaos cause we blindly used to rely upon jotform. But when we investigated we found out that the submissions are recorded and stored in jotform but due to some reasons emails are not sent both auto res-ponder and notification email. Please advise. We really plan to go long term with jotform cause we have automated lot of our manual processes using jotform.

I see that your email address firstname.lastname@example.org is in our bounce list due to the below-mentioned reason and so you are not receiving emails.
smtp; 550 5.7.606 Access denied, banned sending IP
I have removed the email from the bounce list and you should be receiving emails without any issue. You may also remove the email address from the bounce list by following the guide below:
Please whitelist our email addresses/IP addresses in your email address to avoid any further issues.
