I'm sorry, but we do not offer phone support. Please contact us through this support forum instead, especially for urgent matters. You can also send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We have this new limit, the Submissions Storage limit. Free accounts can only store up to 500 submissions, total for the whole account. I think you receive our email about it and I can see that you have upgraded your account an hour ago. If you don't want to upgrade, you can simply download and delete your old submissions to restore the limit.
To download, simply access your form submissions page: https://www.jotform.com/help/44-How-to-Export-Form-Data-to-Excel.
