I have people having a hard time signing up two of their children.

Is there a way to allow multiple submissions from my form?

I checked the form and there doesn't seem to be any form limits setup so your users should be able to send multiple submissions. Are you referring to a different concern? Please provide us with further details so we may better assist you. Thank you.
