I have checked your JotForm using Internet Explorer 11 and was not able to see any issue on it. The conditions on the form are working fine at my end.

It works for me too, sometimes. It seems to have something to do with settings on a particular profile, but I can't figure out what they are in order to let people know what they need to do if they have the problem.

Hello hreetz,
You do not have to make any changes in the browser to be able to use JotForm. I also check your form in IE and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. The conditions you have added in form seems to work as expected.
Have you embedded your form in any webpage where you are having this issue with? Please share the webpage URL and we will take a look.
We will wait for your response.
Thank you!
