I opened your webpage and I did a test submission. I was able to submit the form, the Thank You page shows up after.
I also did a test submission on the direct form (https://www.jotform.us/form/61924300833147). I was able to submit it as well.
If you are not receiving the email notification then please try creating a separate notification for the other email recipient. Please try creating 2 notifications, one for the email (bg***ne@lancast******osite.com) and the other one is for (k***y@lancast******osite.com).
