I have gone in and changed the email response but we are still not receiving the forms. Can you help?

I have checked the email addresses you're using in your form and I can see there are some failed emails; however, emails seem to be successfully sent now, I have just tested your form as well and I can confirm this.
You can check your email history by following the steps on this guide: How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History
If the issue still persists, please ask your email provider to white-list our IP addresses, here is the link with our info: Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
