Making a form with links to different pages

I need to make a form where people have to select their specific model, which then links them to the appropriate product page.

Right now, I have a bunch of dropdown boxes with each option linked to a specific page, but this is very cumbersome to update.

Is there an alternative method to do this through JotForm?

I am sorry to say that it is not possible with Jotform. However, it is possible to do the same thing on the same form with conditions.
