One of my conditions is not working to send email notifications.

    on my medscape upload form there are conditions set up to send one email to the email address in the email field, and the same email to be sent to the email address in the invoice. basically i need the same email to be sent to the user who puts in their email, and the email address in invoice contact field, but the only the user who enters their email is getting the email, the invoice contact email is not being sent? how can we fix this form to send have conditions that send to both?

    can you plz review and follow up? THANK YOU.

    There is no need to create conditions to accomplish what you want since the email fields are already required to be filled.

    So, just make sure to create the Autoresponder for the person who submits the form: 

    And the Email Notification for invoice contactl:, unless the invoice contact email address will be also provided by the submitter, you can create a second Autoresponder.
