You can achieve all these using widgets. For you to be able to have a Terms and Conditions section that shows the actual content of the TOS, you may use our Short Scrollable Terms widget.

Now, I noticed you have added an Adobe e-Sign widget on your form. If you wish to use an alternative signature (a simpler one), you may try the Smooth Signature widget.

And to allow your form to process payments as well, there are plenty of options. I highly recommend you go over this guide first so you have an idea of the basics [GUIDE: Setting-Up-Your-First-Order-Form] And here's the complete list of all the payment processors to choose from.

I've cloned your form and made the changes I suggested above (except the payment) https://form.jotform.com/61994635110961 Feel free to clone it if needed [GUIDE: How-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-a-URL]

For your reference, here's how I added the Short Scrollable Terms and Smooth Signature widget:

Hope that helped! Should you need further assistance, don't hesitate to get back to us :)
