As I check your JotForm titled "AEDP Registration/Payment Form", I see that it is already linked to your PayPal account. However, I notice that there are a few incomplete payments for the form. When the payment is failed or cancelled by the user in any case while submitting the form, such payment submissions can be seen from the incomplete payments.
