There have been no email notifications for any forms submitted via our website for months now. We were unaware of the issue and thought that perhaps the forms were not getting utilized, but upon logging in to our Jot Form account, there have been dozens of submissions. We have received email notifications in the past, however they seemed to stop in February. Please advise on how to correct this. It seems to be an issue that multiple users are experiencing.

Your email address ended up in our bounce list for the following reason:Reason(s) : smtp; 553 5.3.0 flpd596 DNSBL:RBL 521< 126.96.36.199
I have removed your email address from our bounce list and you should be able to receive email notifications.
