How can I make a selection in a form only available once

I am creating a form for reservations. I only want a time slot to be select able once. And disappear once it is selected for other individuals. How do i do this in my form.

This should be possible by using any of the following widgets:

Inventory widget 

Ticket Purchases widget 

Gift Registry widget 

Quantity Gift Registry widget 

Appointment Slots widget
