Jotform is not reliable!! Our emails keep bouncing and the support team is not helping!!!!

    We have already taken the steps and completed the white list!!!!!


    We checked the history and it only tells us what emails bounced. It does not list the actual bounce. The "failure". When an email "kicks back" to you there is a thread with it showing the failure. I need that list!!



    This is an issue that we have been dealing with for months. The issue was minimal in the beginning but has now grown to a point where the emails continually get added to the bounce list each day. We have to remove them from the bounce list several times a day. We are beyond the point of automated responses and need serious help to resolve the issue. I am working with our email host and they said they could help if you could provide a bounced email. The list with the reason for the failure!!!

    We understand that you are having issues with your email notifications and being bounced. 

    I see that you've previously opened up numerous threads about this matter but please rest assured that we are doing what we can to help assist you with this issue.

    Also, we ask that you please refrain from opening up multiple threads about the same exact issues as this only creates confusion and does not get you a faster answer since you have opened up several over the past few days it seems.

    Additionally, I would like to inform you that Liyam has already answered you here for your question about obtaining a copy of our bouncelist.

    The failed emails in your email history log are usually the email addresses that are bounced.

    The list that you are referring to is only a list of emails that failed or went through. It is not the email that I need, I need the reason it bounced. The bounce code. Do you not have that available?

    Reply there, and only there, so we will know what you have been suggested, and what you have already done to avoid providing the same preliminary advice, which is whiteliting IPs and domain names.
