Can the results be automatically integrated into an exel chart?

If you're asking for direct integration, unfortunately, we don't have such feature.

We have this Google Spreadsheet Integration that you can use: https://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Google-Spreadsheet. It's realtime and you can create a chart out from the data in the submission sheet. Please check the following guides:
