Hello,
I am experiencing dificulties with accessing one of my forms which has been working great up until now.
I am being shown the form but grayed out and it comes up with an error message.
I had run out of storage but deleted some responses just now, this hasn't cleared up the issue.
Could you please lest me know if there is anything else that needs to be done?

When it's grayed out, it means the form is currently disabled. You have to enable the form.

Usually, it is the limit that automatically disable the form but I have checked your form and you don't it. Anyways, let us know if the issue persists and we'll investigate further.
