I'm getting a multiple entry not allowed error in the form

I just created a form and am getting a Multiple Forms entry error. This is my first submission to the form so it should not be a multiple

The unique submission limit is enabled in the form and this is causing the problem to your end. You may consider disabling the feature when testing;
