How do I edit the email format that we get after a form submission?

If I understood you correctly, you want to edit your email Notification. You can do that inside of Email Notification settings. There is a toolbar that you can use to style your Email Notification table, for example change font color, font family, alignment, add images and links.

There are also options for email Notification table. With those options you can remove or add new rows, delete whole table and new table, etc.
