How can I download submissions in large numbers?

Hi, 

I can't download large numbers of submissions. It says it's loading for a few minutes and then says it is unable to do it. The filter feature isn't advanced enough either for me to filter out the information I need before downloading. What can I do?

I have just checked your account, and found you are having only 18 submissions so those should not be a problem while downloading. I also checked download submission feature, and it is working properly. So I would suggest you to clear Browser's chache, and then try once again.

You can also download submissions partially by selecting a specific date range. Please check the guide on below URL, which explains, how you can download the submissions, and how you can apply the time frame filters for partially downloading the submissions:
