submission storage

This is the limit on the number of submissions you can store on your account, this limit is present only on free accounts. 

The limit is 500 submissions, I have just checked your account and I can see you currently have 513 submissions. 

What you can do is: 

1. Manually delete some submissions, this will help you to decrease the number of submissions you currently have and you will not reach the limit, to avoid losing data here is a guide that will help you to How-to-export-all-of-your-data-at-once. 

2. If you do not want to delete your submissions, you may keep them on JotForm, to do it you only need to upgrade your account to the Storage plan: 

If you do not take any action, your oldest submissions will be deleted and the newest will remain on your account.
