How can I send my form (a url) back to a customer who already submitted, so he/she can change their input and resubmit?

You can send to your clients the Edit link in Autoresponder, so they can use that link to open the form they filled and edit necessary fields. You can check this guide on how to do that, if you need any additional assistance please let us know.
