Thanks but I want to change the error text at the bottom of the form that says:
"There are errors on the form. Please fix them before continuing."

You can change the Form Warning message in the Preferences. Here's a guide:
1. Click the Preferences button in the Form Builder.
2. In the Preferences wizard, click the Add button in the Form Warnings.
3. You can edit the Form Warnings here. Click the Save button when you're done.
Hope that answered your question. Let us know if you need further assistance. Thank you.

I'm sorry, I'm quite confused with your concern. I see you already have two more other threads with the same question, here are the links:

My colleagues have actually replied to your concern accordingly. If you wish to change the TEXT, then please do follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/61-How-to-Change-Form-Warnings.
If you are changing the styles, then you can use the Form Designer Tool: https://www.jotform.com/help/300-Form-Designer-Tutorial-Let-s-create-fantastic-forms-
If you still need help on this particular issue, please directly reply on this thread (https://www.jotform.com/answers/902842), please avoid creating separate thread post here in the forum with the same concern, it will be hard for us to assist you if you continue to create multiple threads with the same concern, please focus on one thread post per question only.
Thank you for your understanding.
