If I understood you correctly, when you embed your form to website background of the form is not transparent, although background is transparent on standalone form.

Considering that you did not provide us URL of your webpage I can not inspect your form. Maybe you have embedded your form with script code and there are some script conflicts between your webpage scripts and JotForm script. We recommend using of iFrame code. Please try to re-embed your form with iFrame code to see if that will resolve your issue. Inside of this guide you can find how to get iFrame code of your from: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code

If that dose not resolve your issue, please provide us URL of your webpage.

In case that your standalone form is also not transparent, inside of this guide you can find how to make the Form Background Transparent: https://www.jotform.com/help/87-Making-the-Form-Background-Transparent

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
