Total for paypal in preview not showing

Hi,

I am not sure why the total in preview for paypal is not showing but if you click submit it does show the whole amount.

I don't mean to butt in here, but I was looking at your issue to see how it relates to one of my own.

I feel the need to bring to your attention that PayPal prohibits the assessment of a convenience fee or surcharge for using their service. 

Here's the relevant info.  Use as you think best.

4.5 No Surcharges. You agree that you will not impose a surcharge or any other fee for accepting PayPal as a payment method.
