When a customer submits a contact form it does not email at all to me...is there a fix to this?

I've checked your form and I can see that the notification is configured correctly. However, I've found out that your email address is in the bounce list. This is the reason why you are not getting email notifications.
I removed it from the list. You may need to whitelist our mail servers and domain names. If the issue happens again, please check if your email address is in the bounce list using this guide.
