How can I change the email senders name from the person who subscribed to my own or JotForms

I want the notification I receive that lets me know I have a new signup to have the email sender name be either my name or JotForm, not the name of the person who subscribed. I get so many emails each day that I quickly delete those with sender names I don't recognize.

The notification alert should be always sent from Jotform if you haven't changed the sender.

Could you please provide more information about your email alerts setup? Also, please provide the form id or URL to the form on which you are experiencing the issue so we can perform tests on it.

    We'll wait for your response.

The form is https://www.jotform.com//?formID=61874041201142 (3 step WDYD template)

I only want one notification to go out and that is to let me know I have a new submission (emails to recipients will go out through Mail chimp). but I DON'T want the recipients name as the sender of the notification, I want either my name or a noreply@jotform.com, otherwise I am likely to skip through the list deleting the ton of emails i get everyday.

    Thank you

    Jennifer

You have to change it in the notifier settings. I did it for your convenience:

You should now receive the emails in a single thread, assuming that you have set that in your Gmail account/email client.
