Form not opening up on Firefox and IE.

Asked by shouk on August 23, 2016 at 03:33 AM

I have added the script to embed the form on my website <script src="https://form.jotform.com/jsform/62284147569162" type="text/javascript"></script> but this form is not opening up on Firefox and IE. I checked the console panel and am getting this issue.

Debug : setting height to 3051 from iframe
Debug : setting height to 0 from iframe

I looked into the form settings and can't seem to find the JS being used over here so that I can debug and look for the error. Please can you help us out and fixing this issue.

I checked your form on Firefox and I can confirm that the form is not being displayed. It seems like another script on your page is adjusting the height of the form to 0, making it not visible in the page.

Can you please try removing the current script embed code and replace it with an iFrame embed code instead? You can follow this guide on how to get the iFrame code: Getting the form iFrame code.

Please let us know if the issue still persists.
    Regards.
