I have a set of Yes/No questions. The questions are only images. (i.e. they decide if the image is a yes or no.)
When a user submits their answers, the only thing I get to see is the Yes/No -- but not the image associated with that answer.
In the example attached, you'll see that after the question: Company URL, I only see the answers.
Another options is to "tag" what each picture is, i.e. Tree. While I would want to see what the tag is when reviewing the responses - I do NOT want the user to see these tags.
Any suggestions?

In the Submission panel option, if you enable the option Show Headers & Text, it will also show the images fields in the form in the output report.

BUT if you meant you want to add your own images in the PDF report, you can customize the PDF Report using the PDF Designer. You can add your image then.
