Our 'Warranty Claim Form' is being really inconsistent with how often it e-mails through new submissions, looks very bad on us missing these submissions. What's causing this/what's the solution? Every single one needs to be sent to email@example.com

Our mail logs shows good delivery of notifications:
Is there any specific submission that you did not receive via email? Have you checked spam folder? Please let us know, so we can check further.

The last three submissions haven't gone through, Jean Lowe on Aug 10th, RED15_33_118_14RE003, and Warren Chow all did not deliver
Please look into this ASAP!

I can see that submission failed, and also that there have bee some submissions that failed to be delivered:
Looks like your recipient email had ended in bounce list from time to time, I just check it, and it was there today: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
It has now bee white-listed. Please make sure whitelist our domain names as we use Amazon SES method for "firstname.lastname@example.org" sender.
