I would like to inform you that Jotform is a subscription service. When you upgrade to the Bronze Monthly plan, you will be initially charged a total of $19 for that month. Then on the next month's billing period (the day that you upgraded), you will be charged $19 again, and so on until you choose to cancel.

Yes, you can start with the Free plan first if you want, and then simply upgrade to Bronze if you need to receive more payments.
