my form submissions are not forwarding to email email address. Recently your team assisted me with a similar issue and it was working perfectly for just a couple of days. Please advise.Page URL:

Your primary email address has been placed in our bounce list and this is the reason why your form emails have failed. I've fixed this to our end, but to prevent this from happening again in the future, we suggest doing the following:
1. Add email@example.com to your contact list or safe sender list.
2. Whitelist Jotform (https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses).
These two are important to make sure that you'll receive the form emails, without getting bounce listed.
