Can an answer to a question automatically direct the user to the submit button and thank you page?

I have people saying yes or no they are attending an event. If they say yes I want them to continue answering questions. If they say no I want them to submit without having to answer any more questions.

Yes you can do this on the form using the Condition logic feature.
