    How can I change the registration fee labels, please?

    Hello MaryCarmen,

    If I understand your question correctly, you want to change the label of items listed in payment tool. Is that correct?

    You will have to click on the wizard icon of the payment tool to be able to edit the products. Please check the screenshot below:

    Thank You, Ashwin_d for answering my request.
    I am attaching what I see when I click on the currency labels.  If I click the field, it only adds the check mark.  I can change the registration field, but only the name.  What am I doing wrong?  It's so frustrating.

    Your reply is blank. If you're still having trouble sharing a screenshot, please follow these steps:

    1. Open this thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/920354

    2. Scroll down at the bottom part and you'll see the "Your Answer" editor field. Click the "Insert/ Edit Image" icon. 

    3. Just follow the image upload wizard.

    Thanks for your consistent help! I am so sorry.  I feel so dumb.  I'm just not seeing the same thing when I click on the wizard.  Here is what I see.  Thanks, Again!

    Thank you for sharing the screenshot. I can see that you are in the old user interface. Here's a guide on how you can edit the product details:

    1. Select the payment field and then click the wand icon.
    2. Make sure that the credentials are correct.
    3. Press the next button until you are in the Products page.
    4. In the Products page, you can just click one of the product and edit it at the bottom. After editing it, click the Save Product button.
    5. When you're done, click the next button and finish the integration.

    Hello MaryCarmen,

    On behalf of my colleague, you are welcome.

    I did check your form and found that it does display the total amount correctly. Please check the screenshot below:

     

    Have you embedded your form in any webpage where it is not displaying the total amount? It could be because of code conflict between form script and other scripts available in your webpage. I would suggest you to please embed your form using its iFrame embed code which will rule out any code conflict issue. The following guide should help you how to grab your forms iFrame embed code:  https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code

    Hello Mary,

    Please save your form before you logout from your account. To revert back to new UI, please clear your browser cache and that should make the switch. The following guide should help you how to clear browser cache:  http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache
