Some of my customers receiving a spammed message after using my order form

    We are using the order form function of Jot Form.

    Following customers putting in their credit card information, they are not receiving any confirmation besides this weird spam-like message that is freaking them out. We took a screen shot of it but it's from Beauty and the Beast and it has shown up in multiple forms after users submitted their payment information.

    Why is this?

    We need this to be fixed.

    Do you mean your customers are filling in your order form and receiving a spam-style message afterwards once it's submitted instead of the actual thank you message?

    Which form are you having this issue on?

    Is the form embedded on a website?

    That is correct after our customers fill out the order form and press submit they receive that strange error instead of a thank you. This has just recently started happening.

    We used a template from Jot Form I'm not sure which one. I'm assuming it was one of the templates for order forms and we are not embedding this our software. We are sending a link out.

    Thank you for the clarification which is what I suspected but I needed to be sure about that first so that we could help assist you better.

    It's actually not spam and nothing to be alarmed about since it's written already right there on the thank you page of your form.

    Probably, whomever you cloned the form from in our templates gallery had likely put it there but, you can change it and replace it with whatever you want the thank you message to say instead and that will fix it.
