If data is missing from the email notification for your form, delete your current email notification and create a new one:
This will add a new notification with all current form fields.
If there is a different type of report that is missing information, let us know which form you are having trouble with, what type of report you are using, as well as what data is missing, and we will be happy to have a closer look.

When I view submissions, there is one column missing:
Are you able to attend?
I need this data ASAP.

While viewing your submission, click on the little gear icon in the top right corner:
Check the box for "Are you able to attend?" to include the data.
