Hello, My forms (I have had the same for 2 years) or any new forms ( I made a test) are sending me any notification. I have only recently noticed and have tried to make sure they are set up right, watched videos etc.

Is it me or my email address?? I checked smy pam and sent "test" from forms and even made a short new form without modifcations. Test from inside JotForm says from was sent... but still do not get notification.

I see that there was an issue with the notification emails not being delivered to your email address. However, when I check the email history log, I see that the last two notification tests are sent successfully from our end.
Were you able to resolve the issue by removing from the bounce list? At this moment, it seems to be working fine. Also, please check the following guide that can help you with troubleshooting email delivery issues.

I am having the same problem. Again. Oh, and again.
And my email addresses have been verified and are not on the bounce list when I check.

Yes, fixed now <cross fingers> after about an hour of poking a round on forum I found the "bounce List" instructions.
for now my email address is accepted, tried 2 tests and those worked. Very frustrating as the only way I knew the form was not coming was when customers called to complain I was not getting back to them.
Not sure if my "out of office reply" makes my email get on that list, but frustrating for sure.

Removing the email from the bounce list should fix the problem.
