I have a form set up for a client but the thank you messages keep triggering the clients spam filters and blocking the thank you messages from going through. Not always but sometimes and it seems to be increasing.
I suggested the list of domains to their IT person but they weren't happy to white list them as they felt it was opening up a hole in their security. They have suggested the reason the spam filter is being triggered is because each thank you message is coming from a different email address - even though I have it set up as to come from:-
Any advice would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, to make sure that the emails are not treated as spam, they will need to add jotform's addresses to their whitelist. I see you have set the sender email as firstname.lastname@example.org, so it should be sending on this email address.
Perhaps you can try changing it to email@example.com to see if it is still marked as spam by your user's spam filter. Alternatively, you can also use your own email address as the sender email using SMTP. Here's a guide on How to Setup SMTP for a Form.
If the issue still persists, please let us know.
