Discount for education non-profit.

We have a free account and I just realized that I am not sure I set it up as an education account.  How can I switch/convert that?  Also, our district is needing to pay for a whole year up front.  Is that possible?

Do you mean to say that you are an education non-profit and looking for discounted plan?

Yes we do offer discounts for education non-profits and you can also pay for yearly plans as well. Please click on the following URL to apply to apply for non-profit discounts and upload relevant documents: https://www.jotform.com/education/pricing/ 

If your application is approved, you will receive an email with a link to upgrade account which will give you discounted price.

Awesome!  Thanks.  I got the email to confirm I received the education pricing.  How do I go about the process of paying through a PO or paying for an entire year?

That's great news! To pay via Purchase Order for an entire year, please carefully review our complete guide here on How-to-Upgrade-and-Pay-by-Purchase-Order 

Please ensure you will be using the UPGRADE links within the email you received from us that shows the discounted prices (it's the same email stating that "Your education discount has been approved.")

Once our payment processor, Bluesnap, receives your Purchase Order, it will be sent to us for approval. If/when approved, you will receive an invoice via email along with the payment instructions.
