    Hello Ricardo,

I just made a submission using your form and the emails were sent properly to its recipients. Can you check the inbox of the two email accounts aanmelden@sambafutebol.nl and rnjankie@gmail.com?

    Thanks.

Thank you for letting us know.

When I tried to send a submission to your form for testing purpose, I realised that the form is stuck at please wait. That' why, you could not get a notification because it failed to submit.

To solve this problem, please embed your form with Iframe instead of script. Since, it seems that you used script method when I inspect your site.

This is the guidance of how to get Iframe code of your form.

Hope, this would help your issue but  if not; please let us know. We will try to find another way.
