mail chimp integration

Hello, the mail chimp integration is not working. 

Visitors data are not imported into my mail chimp list. 

Any help appreciated

Before go ahead, I need you to clear several points.

1. Did it work earlier and stop working now? If so, try this. First removed the integration and then re-integrate. 

2. Or, have you recently integrate it and not work properly from the beginning? If so, please check the steps in this guidance. Since, it might be due to the fact that you missed some steps or apply in a wrong way. 

It would be also good to know some other details regarding your issue if it is not any of the above.
