How Can I Receive Notifications of New Submissions

    I've supposedly set up a notification for info@iawporegon.org to receive a notification every time someone adds a new submission to our Oregon Chapter Member Form. However, I'm not receiving anything and the test mode doesn't send anything either. I've followed the documentation but nothing works. Help!

    I have checked the email address you provided and I found it in our bounce list, here is the reason: 

    Reason(s) : smtp;550 5.1.1 <info@iawporegon.org> - 205.***.137.** has sent to too many recipients this hour. IB607


    The email address you're using as recipient is the same you have set up in your account and this is why you were not receiving nothing from JotForm, I have removed the email address from our bounce list and you should get emails now.

    Also, do note that using the "Test Email" button sends the test email to the email address you've set up in your account nor to the intended email recipient address/addresses so if you want to properly test your form I would suggest you to submit it so this way you ensure that emails are being sent.

    Thanks! I ran a test and the form came through fine.
