How can I remove images that were previously uploaded? They were sample images that were not used.

To delete a file associated to a submissions you will need to delete the entire record, while on the submissions page click on the "X" red icon to delete the single submissions and it should delete the file from our servers as well:
However, you may also provide us the details of the submissions that you want to delete and we will delete the files on our end too.

I have checked your recent Form: https://www.jotform.com/62517315758158. And I am able to see 2 images, one is at Background and another is above the "Donate" button.
If you want to delete the image above the "Donate" button, then go to the Edit Form page, and at the right side of image there is a sign of cross button (X) at right side of image, so click on that button, and your image will be deleted. Please check the screenshot:
If you want to delete the background image, then click on the "Design" icon, and then in the new popup, you will get the option of remove background image at the bottom side, you need to click to the link "Remove image", and then "Save changes" button. Please check the screenshot:
If you face any issue, or need further assistance, feel free to revert back.
