Autoresponder emails, field not showing up in mail?

    I have setup tree different autoresponder emails but there are some information that is in the email templates that doesn't show up in the mail.

    The form is work submission form and there are missing information in all fields.

    There are three fields that doesn't show up in the "Mail to Client" autoresponder, Lastname {Input51} and Lastname {Input53}. It not only the input value that is missing but also the name of the information.

    Please check if correct values and labels of those fields are set inside of your Autoresponder email. 

    You can try to delete existing Autoreponder email and create new one to see if that will resolve your issue.
