Can you create multiple text box along one line?

I am trying to ask people to fill in related information all at once:

Person 1   First name, Middle name, Last name, Class, Choice of package (a dropdown menu) all on one line.

Person 2   First name, Middle name, Last name, Class, Choice of package (a dropdown menu) all on one line.

Person 3  First name, Middle name, Last name, Class, Choice of package (a dropdown menu) all on one line.

Please advise.

If you simply want to collect the data, then I believe you can use the Configurable List widget to achieve your requirement. You can use a configurable list widget for each person that will fill in the data. However, if you want to perform calculations with the "Choice of Package" field, then the Configurable List widget will not be suitable for your requirement. You can instead inject custom CSS to put several fields on your form into one line. If you need assistance with this method, please let us know.
