How to assign limits for each options in Dropdown list

Hi I'm preparing a registration form for an event and I have created a dropdown menu with 4 different options. The user can only select one of this. But I need to put e different entry limit for each option. Is this possible?

Can you maybe help me with that?

Unique question can work for the function you are looking for.

But one thing you may want to consider is if you only have 4 options in your dropdown... this means that you can only have 4 unique submissions on that form.
