You can use widgets to achieve this. There are a couple of signature widgets for you to choose from: http://widgets.jotform.com/search/signature

In case you have a followup question whether these widgets are legally binding, I'll paste a snippet from an article when we first launched these widgets:
E-signatures are legally binding on almost all countries and states, but we still recommend consulting with your lawyer.
JotForm records the IP address and time of the signature made so that also provides additional confirmation about the signer of the document.
