How can I ask for a signature on my form?

    You can use widgets to achieve this. There are a couple of signature widgets for you to choose from: http://widgets.jotform.com/search/signature

    The most commonly used by many are the Smooth Signature and E-signature widgets.

    Legally Binding

    E-signatures are legally binding on almost all countries and states, but we still recommend consulting with your lawyer.

    JotForm records the IP address and time of the signature made so that also provides additional confirmation about the signer of the document.
