Why I'm not receiving submissions to my email?

    It was working totally fine untill sunday. but I havent been receiving the submissions sent in since monday onwards. It is in my jotform when I log in but it doesn't get sent to my email address taht i have linked together. Is there something wrong from your side? Please advice!

    We're sorry for this inconvenience.

    I checked our logs and I see that your email ended in our Bounce list. The reason is below:

    Reason(s) : smtp; 503 This mail server requires authentication when

    I removed it from our Bounce list so you will be able to receive submissions now.

    Please check this guide on how to prevent this kind of issues. Also, you should Whitelist our Domains, that will help as well.
