My Submissions download isn't complete

We have a survey running to Save Nairobi National Park - there have been 2347 submissions, however I can only download 546 of them to present to the authorities.

Please let me know how I can download all of them.

I have checked your account and Form. And I am able to see there are only 559 submissions of your Form https://www.jotform.com/62161524933554.

I tried to download the submissions, and I am successfully able to download all the 559 form submissions. Please try clearing your browser cache and check it again.

Also, can you please confirm, in which form you have checked 2347 submissions. And we will be glad to assist you further.

Dear Irshad,
This list has been running since 8th of August. And if you look at the
screenshot attached carefully, you will see that the total number of
submissions is correct, i.e. 2497, however, we can only extract some 697
submissions!!!
Please also find attached an excel of the submissions we extracted on 24th
August for your reference.
We need to extract the entire list to be presented to the Nation's
president once we are through with this campaign next month. This is a very
sensitive topic, we can't afford to loose some 500+ submissions, i.e.
votes!!
Please assist ASAP.

Sorry for this inconvenient situation.

As you said, even if your submission is 2K, it was seen as 500+ less than it should be. Please note that I restored and fix it. 



However, I also suggest you to download your submission partially due to having excessive submission. You may have a look following guidance.
