The specific form 'MDR Refer A Friend' was hit by spam submissions, up to 9,700 of them, my acct quota is 10,000.  Is there a way I can delete those submissions or that form temporarily to open back up my account until so I can add a captcha to it to keep this from happening again? Currently all of my forms/acct is frozen because of this one problem.

I checked your form and it does indeed look like the submissions were spam.  I reset your  submission count for the month and restored your account.  Keep in mind we are only allowed to do one reset per account.  Should you go over your limits again, you would need to upgrade to a higher level subscription to restore the forms.

To prevent further spamming of that form, I would recommend using unique submissions for your form:

Thank you David!  I'll definitely get on that.
